...I saw the LORD seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. He ransoms me unharmed from the battle waged against me, even though many oppose me. God, who is enthroned forever, will hear them and afflict them - men who never change their ways and have no FEAR of God. (Psalm 55 : 18-19)
...For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who FEAR him...as a Father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who FEAR him...But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD’S love is with those who FEAR him...(Psalm 103 : 11, 13, 17)

The FEAR of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline. (Proverbs 1 : 7)
Since they hated knowledge and did not choose to FEAR THE LORD, since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke, they will eat the fruit of their ways....(Proverbs 1 : 29, 30)
If you call out for insight...cry aloud for understanding...look for it....search for it...then you will understand the FEAR OF THE LORD and find the knowledge of God. (Proverbs 2 : 3 - 5)
Do not be wise in your own eyes; FEAR THE LORD AND SHUN EVIL. (Proverbs 3 : 7)
To FEAR the LORD is to HATE EVIL...(Proverbs 8 : 13)
The FEAR of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. (Proverbs 9 : 10)

The LORD Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy, He is the one you are to FEAR, He is the one you are to dread, and He will be a sanctuary... (Isaiah 8 : 13, 14)
“Wail, for the day of the LORD is near; it will come like destruction from the Almighty. Because of this, all hands will go limp, every man's heart will melt. Terror will seize them, pain and anguish will grip them; they will writhe like a woman in labor. They will look aghast at each other, their faces aflame. See, the day of the LORD is coming - a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger - to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it. The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light. The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light. I will make man scarcer than pure gold, more rare than the gold of Ophir. See, the LORD is going to lay waste the earth and devastate it, He will ruin its face and scatter its inhabitants.....The earth will be completely laid waste and totally plundered. The LORD has spoken this word.....a curse consumes the earth, its people must bear their guilt. Therefore the earth's inhabitants are burned up, and very few are left.....The earth is broken up.....split asunder.....thoroughly shaken.....it falls - never to rise again.....(See Isaiah 24)
“This is the one I esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit, and TREMBLES at My word.” (Isaiah 66 : 2)
“Should you not FEAR Me?” declares the LORD. “Should you NOT tremble in My presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it. But these people have stubborn and rebellious hearts; they have turned aside, and gone away. They do not say to themselves, ‘Let us FEAR the LORD our God...’” (Jeremiah 5 : 22-23)
“Now your impurity is lewdness. Because I tried to cleanse you but you would not be cleansed from your impurity, you will not be clean again until my wrath against you has subsided. I the LORD have spoken. The time has come for Me to act. I will not hold back; I will not have pity, nor will I relent. You will be judged according to your conduct and your actions, declares the Sovereign LORD.” (Ezekiel 24 : 13)
“I will sweep away everything from the face of the earth,” declares the LORD. “I will sweep away both men and animals; I will sweep away the birds of the air and the fish of the sea. The wicked will have only heaps of rubble when I cut off man from the face of the earth.” declares the LORD.....The great day of the LORD is near - near and coming quickly.....In the fire of His jealousy the whole world will be consumed, for He will make a sudden end of all who live on the earth. (Zephan. 1 : 2-3; 14, 18)
“Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, BE AFRAID of the One who can destroy both body and soul in hell.” (Matt.11 : 28)
His mercy extends to those WHO FEAR HIM...(Luke 1 : 50)
“I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that can do no more. But I will show you whom you SHOULD FEAR: FEAR him who, AFTER the killing of the body, has power to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, FEAR Him.” (Luke 12 : 4-5)
For we must all appear before the Judgment Seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done in the body, whether good or bad. (2 Corinth. 5 : 10)
For we know Him who said, “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” and again, “The LORD will judge His people.” IT IS A DREADFUL THING TO FALL INTO THE HANDS OF THE LIVING GOD. (Hebrews 10 : 30-31)
...“I am He who searches HEARTS AND MINDS, and I WILL repay each of you according to his deeds.” (Revelation 2:23)
He said in a loud voice, “FEAR God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water... (Revelation 14 : 7)
Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the ages. Who will not FEAR you, O Lord, and bring glory to your name? (Revelation 15 : 3-4)
Then a voice came from the throne, saying, “Praise our God, all you his servants, you who FEAR him, both small and great!” (Revelation 19: 5 )
